Claire's is a retailer of accessories and jewellery aimed at young and teenage girls.

We regularly worked on Claire's recruitment ads and internal comms using the great seasonal photography provided by the client. 

These ads were aimed at work experience hunters, those who regularly shopped at Claire's would be best placed to snap up a rare Buyer work experience spot as the ads were only used in stores and on their website, perfect for their target audience to get some great knowledge with a brand they love.

The Claire's careers site got a new look and feel. It used all the great Claire's photography but also called for and housed audience-generated content to attract people and show them what life really is like at Claire's, real content from real employees. We ran a competition Europe-wide calling for videos to tell us why people love working at Claire's. The videos were then voted on with an eventual winner. The videos were the star of the new careers site which was a great success.
