– BRANDING / IDENTITY –

A lovely recent little project was an identity and website for the fabulous Modern Ergonomist, Lil.

‘Ergo what?’ Yup, Ergonomics - a human-centred and well-being approach to the workplace/space. Lillian’s an absolute #guru in all things ergonomic but needed a bit of a hand (and occasional pep talk/copy edit / caffeine hit) from me to get this thang off the ground... and now here it is and off she goes! 🚀

In a previous life I was the EMEA Creative Lead for the design icon that is Herman Miller so with that and maaaaany years experience in internal comms and employee engagement (and also a personal interest in health and wellbeing!) this was a match made in heaven - something that I felt really happy working with Lil on. And what came of it?

Well, themodernegonomist.com now has a snazzy name, flexible logo and bright, interesting and clever-looking-and-sounding website - a company that suits its founder to a tee. And wot a joy it was too. Check her out and get in touch - she’s good and knows her ergonomic onions. If that can be a thing.

Bath Facial Aesthetics were after a more grown up, sophisticated look and feel to appeal to both existing and new clients.

We updated the existing collateral with a beautiful midnight blue colour and simple lettering for the primary style, supported with a more feminine calligraphy for lighter touch elements.

The Orchard Getaway is a new (and now award winning) luxury, off-grid campsite set amongst the plum trees in the beautiful Vale of Evesham in Worcestershire.

The small site consists of a Mongolian yurt and three fully-furnished Bell tents - all named after the varieties of plums grown on the surrounding trees. This all needed to be reflected in a simple and effective logo before the site could get up and running and welcome its first guests with open arms.

The Paper Pioneers is a Passion Project of mine! I set it up in 2018 with some friends in the belief and hope that we can make thoughtful easy... through a monthly greetings card subscription.

I'm one of the conceptors, designers and the wordsmith behind the brand. Setting the whole tone of the Pioneers - through the website, emails, many cards and also the monthly newsletter has been an absolute pleasure. If you want to find out more/sign up check out thepaperpioneers.co.uk
